Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 12:00 am
Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am - 12:00 am

Summer Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The IT Service Desk @ Knowledge Commons offers hands-on support for:

  • On campus wireless connectivity for laptops and mobile devices
  • Hardware diagnostics & installation support
  • Assistance with data transfer and backup
  • Software installation and trouble shooting
  • Virus/Spyware detection and removal
